Cara Henslin began archery by joining the local 4-H team in 2004. Since that time, Cara has won a JOAD National Indoor Championship, a JOAD National Outdoor Championship, and the 4-H Nationals. In her free time, Cara enjoys gymnastics, competitive dance, playing drums, and shooting with her older brother in the backyard. She is a two time National Indoor Champion and a 2011 Jr Usat Cadet team member.
