I have been coaching since 1990, first in Baseball and then in 1994 I switched to Archery. I have taken all the steps necessary to achieve the current Elite status. I have coached both domestically and internationally. I coach both compound and recurve. I have coached Jorge Jimenez to a Grand Final Championship at the World Cup. I have produced many young compound and recurve National Champions. I have also coached athletes in the United States, Barbados, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico and Trinidad and Tobago. I have presented courses in Barbados, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama and Trinidad and Tobago. I am the Vice-president for North America-COPARCO. I have been a staff member of many World Championships as a head coach, assistant coach and team leader. I have co-authored a book, “Fundamentals of Target Compound Archery.” I have been a JDT coach since November of 2007. I feel it is a privilege to be able to work with the National coaching staff and the JDT members and staff on our mission to prepare these special youngsters for future Olympics and World Championships.
