Coach Don Rabska

Don is the current Chairman of the FITA Technical Committee, archery coach and competitive archer. During the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games, Don was the Competition Director for the sport of archery. Starting in 1980, he has conducted over 200 archery seminars in more than 40 countries, all devoted to teaching recurve archery at the highest international level.

What do you like about your sport?

I have liked archery since I can remember, starting at about age 2 1/2 when I took the rubber suction cups off my arrows and put them in the pencil sharpener. I consider myself a student of archery and very much enjoy helping others learn about the technical, biomechanical and mental aspects of our sport. My favorite quote is “Ancora Imparo”.
