I started shooting in 1965 when I was in the Air Force stationed in North Carolina. I participated in archery until 1972 but had to stop because of family and career. I was also half owner in an archery pro shop at the time. I didn’t shoot again until 1996 after the Olympic Games came to Atlanta and I got the urge to start again. I turned to coaching in 1997 and and found that I liked that part of archery very much. I have also been a Regional Judge.
